Doctor of Philosophy in Education offers opportunity to all academicians or individuals who possessed master degrees related to education to further develop exploration and research in relevant field, which in line with the current issues and development in the world of education. Moreover, students will be exposed to skills in embarking a research both theoretically and practically in order to provide solutions on related issues or research problems.

• A Master’s Degree, as accepted by the HEP’s Senate; OR

• Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree, as accepted by the HEP Senate.

• Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Test with a score of 600, OR

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of 6.0, OR equivalent

• If not available, should attend UIS English Language course (including an interview)

• Higher positions in professional fields, academicians, lecturers teachers, principals, education administration officers , councellors, experts in writing and publications, researchers in public and private universities, schools, Malaysia Ministry of Education, States Islamic Religious Department, States Islamic Religious Councils , as well as other agencies related to education field for the development of ummah.
