Master of Education (Islamic Education) is ideal for existing and aspiring educators who wish to enhance knowledge, skills and practices in the field of research in Islamic education to fulfill the current needs and changes of the national and global education.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by UIS Senate.;OR

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.; OR

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of (5) years working experience in the related field.

• Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Test with a score of 600, OR

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of 6.0, OR equivalent

• If not available, should attend UIS English Language course (including an interview)

• Academician, Lecturer, Language Teacher, Education Officer, Field Expert, Research Officer, Curriculum Developer and etc
