The Diploma in Teaching (TESL) program provides education and training in the field of education with special emphasis on English. The courses offered emphasize on the aspects of English, methodology and English teaching pedagogy. These courses provide opportunities for students who are interested in the field of education, particularly English, to gain exposure to theories, applications and the latest issues which will produce future educators who are not only knowledgeable in English and pedagogy but also updated with the current issues in education.

• PASSED SPM with 3 credits including of one of the following subjects: English/ English Science & Technology/ English Literature. Candidates with teaching experience more than 3 years will be given priority; or

• Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
