The programme is designed to meet the needs of the computer network technology workforce in various sectors and industries. The program covers theoretical and practical aspects individually and in groups that are reinforced by an appreciation of ethics and manners. To produce graduates who have Islamic ethics and manners, have integrity, display Islamic values and kindness in their work.

• Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia STPM or its equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any two (2) subjects AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; OR

• Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum of Jayyid grade; AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level.

• Pass Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; OR

• Pass UEC with a minimum of Grade B in at least five (5) subjects including Mathematics; OR

• Diploma in Computer Science OR Diploma in Software Engineering OR Diploma in Information Technology OR Diploma in Information System or equivalent with a minimum GCPA of 2.50 AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level; OR

• Diploma in Science and Technology OR Business Studies with a minimum GCPA of 2.50 may be accepted subject to a rigorous assessment process AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; OR

• Pass Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM)/ Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 (subjected to the institution’s academic senate)/ Institution Academic Board AND a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; OR

• Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government of Malaysia.

Note :
Candidates who obtain a CGPA of less than 2.50 but above 2.00 with honours in Mathematics at SPM level can be admitted subject to a strict internal assessment process.

• International students must have good evidence of oral and written English proficiency, for example a scale of 6.0 for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or its equivalent.
