The Bachelor of Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah With Communication is a bachelor's degree program in the Department of Al-Quran & Al-Sunnah, Faculty of Islamic Civilization Studies. The program contains 57 courses, is worth 142 credit hours and takes 4 years. This program emphasizes studies based on Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah as a major core in addition to developing communication skills as a minor core.

Malaysian Studens
  • Passed Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or equivalent with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in one of the subjects of Islamic Studies or Arabic and one other subject; or

  • Passed A-Level or its equivalent with a minimum of one (1) Islamic Studies subject; or

  • Passed Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with the rank of Maqbul; or

  • Passed Matriculation / Foundation / Foundation from any IPTA / IPTS / Institution that is allowed to offer foundation programs in related fields with a CGPA of 2.00; or

  • Diploma in Islamic Studies or in a related field (Level 4 MQF) with at least a CGPA of 2.00; or

  • Diploma related to the program applied for by obtaining at least CGPA 2.00 and passing the basic Arabic subject at the Diploma level or passing any Arabic subject at the SPM or STPM level; or

  • Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.

International Students
  • meet the English competency requirements as follows: IELTS 5.0/ CEFR B1 or equivalent to TOEFL PBT (410-413) or TOEFL IBT (34) or CAE (160) (Cambridge English: Advance)/ CEFR B2 or CPE (180) (Cambridge) English: Proficiency)/ CEFR C1 or PTE (Pearson Test of English) (36) or MUET (Malaysian University English Test) (Band 3).
