Programme of Human Resource Management aims to provide students with relevant knowledge and human resource management skills allowing them to fulfil the job demand, career progress as well as develop professionally in the face of dynamic organizational environment.

Students will be prepared in the main functional areas of Human Resource Management such as Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Malaysian Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety & Health.

Upon completion of this programme, students would be able to acquire an understanding of complex human resource issues, develop analytical and problem solving skills, which leads to enhanced employment opportunities.

Admission Requirementstitle bottom left g 4
Malaysian Students
  • STPM with minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two subjects, pass Mathematics and English at SPM level; or other equal qualifications; or

  • Pass STAM with minimum grade Jayyid and pass Mathematics and English at SPM level; or

  • Equal qualifications to Diploma, Advance Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF); or

  • Pass Foundation/Matriculation with minimum CGPA 2.00 out of 4.00 or other equal qualifications

International Students
  • Minimum score of 5.5 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent.

  • Other qualifications that are recognized by Malaysian government.
