Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management is the highest research degree that involves the production of a research thesis after undergoing continuous training and supervision within a specified period. Outcomes of PhD students are expected to make significant contributions to their chosen thrust areas. Through this program, students have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in their respective fields of study, sharpen their research expertise, as well as be professional as administrators and industry players in the future.

• Master's Degree (LEVEL 7 KKM) in a related field* recognized by the Senate of the Selangor Islamic University (UIS); OR

• Other qualifications accepted by the UIS Senate as equivalent to a Master's Degree (LEVEL 7 KKM).

• Master's Degree (LEVEL 7 KKM) in a related field (Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Economics, Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business and Business Information System (IS).) recognized by the Senate of the Selangor Islamic University (UIS); OR

• Other qualifications accepted by the UIS Senate as equivalent to a Master's Degree (LEVEL 7 KKM).

• The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test with a score of 6.0, OR its equivalent.

• After completing a doctoral program in management , you can be an academic staff/ lecturer at public and private institutions of higher learning, join any public and corporate organizations as a top executive or administrative manager, or work independently as a management consultant, change management , research consultants as well as other area related to management
