This program is offered to produce graduates who are able to master and apply theoretical knowledge and applications in the field of human resource management. Graduates are expected to be able to apply these skills in carrying out social responsibilities in line with the requirements of Islamic law and have high values, attitudes and professionalism in line with the code of practice of human resource management.

In addition, the program was created to produce quality future leaders in terms of communication, problem-solving and decision making in human resource management and lifelong career development.

Malaysian Students
  • Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.75;

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA between 2.50 and 2.75 may be admitted subject to a thorough internal assessment; or

  • Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) or its equivalent, and does not achieve a CGPA of 2.50 may be admitted subject to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.

International Students
  • International students must meet the English language requirement with a minimum score of 600 for the Test as English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) OR a score of 6.0 for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Career Prospect

  • Upon graduation, graduates are qualified to hold positions in professional fields (lecturers, tutors, human resource practitioners, researchers, etc.) in related fields. Students also have the prospect of pursuing their studies to a higher level which is eligible to further their studies at any institution of higher learning in or outside the country for the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program.
