The Diploma in Business Management provide students with a good background of business skills and knowledge and prepare students for the Bachelor program in the various field of business as well as career progress in the face of dynamic business changes.

Students will be prepared in 3-year program which includes the study of accounting, economics, marketing, management, language and communication, foundation of Islamic studies, information technology and legal business foundations.

This program will provide students with a strong foundation in facing business challenges as well as provide added value in a career whether in private or public organizations.

Malaysian Students
  • Possesses Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a minimum of 3 credits in any subject; OR

  • A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in related field, subject to approval by the Senate or Academic Board (UIS need to do screening and provide specific guidance related to the program for students); OR

  • A pass in Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; OR

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum of grade Maqbul; OR

  • Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.

International Students
  • Achieve a minimum score of Band 3 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or any qualification equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (High B1).
